In historical mods like Gekokujo, Brytenwalda, and Suvarnabhumi Mahayuth, same-sex marriages would be out of place.
I do not remember whether you could choose your gender in that mod, though, it may have been male only. It felt A-OK, because it was set in a world very different from our own, and that one faction had pretty weird gender roles anyway. There exists at least one Mount and Blade mod that allowed same sex marriages, for at least one of the factions in game. However, random found on internet was a mod which allowed same-sex marriage, more info on here: well, I must have missed something 'cause when I go to change trp_player it doesn't load my character, but a basic sheet with all 4 at attributes and everything Default.ĮDIT: The Stonewall Project mod project (made by me and other 2 awesome peeps) was started in 2016 and abandoned in the same year. I must add that I've no experience with python (although some very basic work done on Unity) and I even tried a save editor and the Unofficial Troop Editor: the first doesn't get the option to change gender, and the second. Is there a simpler way than to have a mod? 'cause I had found a topic where someone was writing the code to be able to change player's gender while resting in a camp, but it wasn't compiled in a mod - there was only the code - and I've also lost that topic (it was on taleworlds forum though) plus, it was only really a workaround, which could even work I guess?
however, no such mod exists, and I've searched a bit around and even found a topic asking this in 2010, which excalated in a silly fight between pro and anti gay. Hello there :D I was searching for a little mod which would actually let me propose to Ladies as a Knight Lady and to Kings as a Knight. I'm quite surprised this wasn't on the list when I searched for it.
